TKP PROP ROOM & SURFACE RENTALS

With over ten thousand unique items and over 150 tabletop surfaces the TKP Prop Room is considered to be the largest privately owned collection in the Twin Cities.

GENERAL RENTAL GUIDELINES

- Tony Kubat Photography reserves the right to limit the amount of items rented. Minimum rental is $100.

- Tony Kubat Photography Prop Rentals is based on ongoing industry relationships with stylists and clients and reserves the right to refuse service if items are damaged or not returned.

- All prop rentals must be rented through a prop stylist.

- Please provide a 24 hour notice for all rentals and returns.

- All prop requests and orders are handled on a first-come-first-served basis, and according to staff availability.

- Extended rentals will only be accepted as long as there is no conflict with another order or studio project. Additional rental fees may apply.

- New rental accounts must be set up and approved 48 hours prior to first rental appointment. First time renters must provide a 100% deposit upfront.

- Surface rentals are handled on a first-come-first-served basis, and are based on a rental period of 5 business days. Extended rentals will only be accepted as long as there is no conflict with another order or studio project. Additional rental fees may apply.

- Please return surface rentals wrapped with original blanket or additional fees may apply.

- surface and prop Rental fee does not include delivery. transportation is the responsibility of the renter.
